Who We Can Support

We can provide a tailored support services to people with disabilities who have a self-managed or plan managed NDIS funding for 2:1, 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 ratio or for group activities.

The TCH Care team is passionate about caring for you with respect, dignity, and compassion. We are flexible and can provide tailored care on short notice.

Service Agreements

TCH Care will provide a quote to participants or their families, as well as the Support Coordinator for services, which the participant or their advocate is required to approve prior to commencement of the service.

The service agreement will outline the core or capacity building services, or any other service requested by a participant or their advocate in accordance with NDIS Pricing Guidelines.

Payment Terms and conditions

Our service fees are charged at a daily rate in accordance with NDIS Pricing and agreement with the participant or their legal guardian, advocate and will be invoiced weekly.

  • TCH Care invoices must be paid within seven (7) business days from the issue date, as shown on each invoice.
  • TCH Care reserves the right to take legal action to recover any outstanding amounts, including but not limited to pursuing collection through legal means.  
  • Any costs incurred in the process of recovering the outstanding debts, including legal, debt recovery, and late payment fees, will be the responsibility of the client.
  • We appreciate your prompt payment to avoid any such actions.
  • TCH Care will declare relevant prices, service quoted, and any notice periods or cancellation terms to participants before delivering a service.
  • Participants are not bound to engage the services of TCH Care once our prices have been disclosed.
  • TCH Care makes a payment request once support and service are delivered or provided.
  • A claim for payment is to be submitted within a reasonable time, and no later than sixty (60) days from the end of the service booking to the participant or the NDIS.
  • Where there are any inconsistencies between the Service Agreement and the NDIS Price Guide, the NDIS Price Guide prevails.

Our Services can be booked by completing a referral form online, by email, or by phone.

Service Cancellation Terms

TCH Care will charge for cancellations of confirmed service bookings in accordance with NDIS short notice cancellation fees pricing guidelines.
